Returns Policy
At By The Sea Homewares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, we offer a returns policy for eligible products.
Eligibility for Return
- Products must be returned within a reasonable time frame, considering the nature of the product and any information provided about the product at the time of purchase.
- Products must be in their original packaging, in a new and unused condition, and include any accessories or bonuses that were part of the original purchase.
- Products that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to, perishable items, custom-ordered products, and products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Return Process
- We will require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Refunds
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we do offer store credits for any eligible returns. The store credit can be used for future purchases at By The Sea Homewares.
If the product is found to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund as per Australian Consumer Law.
Please note that this policy is in addition to other rights and remedies that are available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
